- Confident working with a CRM system and comfortable becoming its primary user.
- Confident executing email campaigns.
- Strong written English with the ability to draft clear, professional communications.
- Highlyorganised, with the discipline tomaintaina process consistently over time.




- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload against agreed priorities.
- Sound judgement about when to act and when to escape.
- Confident using digital tools and willing to learn recent platforms including AI-assisted content tools.
- Discreet, given regular exposure to confidential client and commercial information.

Desirable:

- Experience in a business development, marketing, or commercial support role.
- Exposure to aprofessional services, consultancy, or B2B environment.
- Familiarity with the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.
- Experience coordinating events or managing social media for anorganisation.
- Working knowledge of data protection requirements as they apply to contact data.
