A well-established print manufacturer is seeking an experienced Flexo Press Operator to join their dayshift team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on production role running high-speed flexographic presses in a fast-paced environment. You'll be expected to hit the ground running, experience and print quality are what count here.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating Bobst high-speed flexo presses to production targets and quality standards
- Conducting makereadies, colour register checks, and press adjustments
- Monitoring print quality throughout the run and making corrections as required
- Working closely with the broader production team to meet daily output schedules
- Maintaining a clean, secure, and compliant work area

What we’re looking for

- Hands‑on experience with high-speed flexographic presses
- Specific experience on Bobst presses highly regarded
- Trade qualification in printing and graphic arts preferred,



but not essential if your experience speaks for itself
- Solid understanding of colour management, registration, and substrate handling
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a structured dayshift environment

Negotiable for the right person, the remuneration guide is from $40 per hour.

You must have full working rights to work in Australia as visa sponsorship and relocation are not provided for this role.
