Churches of Christ in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to join our Children, Youth & Families team in the Moreton Bay/Caboolture area. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualised care plans, provide crisis intervention, advocate for clients, and facilitate parenting programs while coordinating with partners and maintaining confidential records.
