BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a dedicated Tailored Support Coordinator to help tenants and their households access needed services to achieve self-identified goals and sustain tenancies.
You will work closely with tenants, community services and sector stakeholders, building trusting relationships, co-designing tailored support plans, and facilitating access to services through warm referrals and advocacy.
