NHS Trust is seeking a Housekeeping & Domestic Supervisor to manage the provision of services and supervise staff. You will recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring SOPs and safety procedures are followed and quality standards are met.

You will organise rotas, monitor sickness, and lead regular team meetings to implement policy changes and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety across the facility.
