About The Role

If you've worked in customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or in a hotel, your experience is highly relevant and valued. Both full time and part-time opportunities are offered, giving you the flexibility to choose the lifestyle that works best for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome people onboard the aircraft and see them off at the other end
- Give clear, comprehensive safety briefings and ensure everyone adheres to them
- Offer brilliant service to all guests, including those with special needs and unaccompanied minors
- Work as part of a team, meeting new people everyday and seeing new places
- Handle things outside of your control, such as weather, delays and emergencies, while remaining calm and confident under pressure

Essential Requirements

- At least 18 years of age




- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- At least 3 years of previous employment (part-time or full-time) in roles focused on caring for people/customers
- A passport with at least 18 months left on it
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays and peak periods
- Comfortable being around cats and dogs who may travel on board
- Ability to reach up to a height of 180cm
