About the Role

As an Educator, you’ll play an important role in creating a protected, nurturing and inspiring setting where children feel a strong sense of belonging, are encouraged to explore their interests and are supported to develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.

What You’ll Do

Build genuine, trusting and respectful relationships with children, families and your team

Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity and discovery

Support each child’s individual development, interests, strengths and learning journey

Contribute to meaningful observations, learning stories and documentation

Create a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child feels valued

Work collaboratively with a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care

Engage positively with families and contribute to strong family partnerships

Follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to continuous improvement

Help create a fun,



positive and supportive atmosphere where children and educators can thrive

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, warmth and a genuine passion for working with children.

You will be:

Caring, nurturing and enthusiastic

Passionate about early childhood education and making a difference

A positive and reliable team player

A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with children and families

Creative and enthusiastic about play-based learning

Committed to providing high-quality education and care

Respectful of each child’s individuality, culture, interests and abilities

Eager to learn, grow and develop professionally

You will also have:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be working towards an approved qualification

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications, as applicable

A valid Working with Children Check

A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
