Community Access Care in Bundaberg is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist participants in SIL homes and in the community to live independently.

You will provide daily living tasks, personal care, transport, and meal preparation, with emphasis on resilience, empathy and skilled documentation.

Mandatory requirements include WWCC, NDIS checks, First Aid, driver licence; Cert III preferred. Sleepover shifts required.
