3rd/4th Year Apprentice Electrician — Trentham Electrical & Solar

The Role

n

n
- Work alongside experienced electricians on rooftop and ground-mount solar, batteries, EV chargers, switchboards and general electrical.
n
- Install and service HVAC systems, including ducted units and split systems.
n
- Assist with cable runs, terminations, testing and fault-finding.
n
- Keep worksites safe, tidy and completed to a high standard.
n
- Take pride in neat workmanship - if it isn't neat, it isn't finished.

You'll Need

n

n
- To be a current 3rd or 4th-year electrical apprentice.
n
- A current driver's licence and White Card.
n
- To be comfortable working on roofs and at heights.
n
- Your own basic hand tools- we supply the rest.
n
- Safe work habits, attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
n
- A reliable attitude and willingness to learn.
n

Solar or HVAC experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential.

n

Nice to Have

n

n
- Working at Heights or EWP tickets.
n
- Solar accreditation exposure.
n
- Experience with Fronius, BYD, Sigenergy or Victron equipment.
n
- Experience installing ducted or split-system air conditioning.
n
