Do you enjoy working with children and making a real difference in someone's life? Seed Disability Services is looking for a caring, reliable and energetic female Support Worker to join our team and provide one‐on‐one support to a wonderful 10‐year‐old girl in St Clair. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll spend your time helping a young participant build confidence, develop life skills and enjoy fun activities in the community.

Please note: At the participant's request, we are seeking Australian female applicants aged 18–23 years.

What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll be supporting the participant both at home and out in the community, helping her enjoy everyday life while encouraging independence.

n

n
- Getting out into the community for fun activities
n
- Swimming, gymnastics or horse riding
n
- Arts and crafts or sensory play
n
- Visiting parks and local attractions
n
- Supporting emotional regulation with a calm and positive approach
n
- Encouraging independence and confidence
n
- Transporting the participant safely to activities
n
- Completing simple shift notes after each shift
n

About the Participant

n

You'll be supporting a fun, active and creative 10-year-old girl who loves being out and about. She enjoys:

- Swimming

- Gymnastics
n
- Horse riding
n
- Arts and crafts
n
- Slime and sensory activities
n
- Parks and outdoor adventures
n

n

She thrives with someone who is patient, kind, consistent and able to create a calm and positive environment.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- National Police Check
n
- Current First Aid & CPR
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence
n
- Reliable, insured vehicle

- Right to work in Australia

Pay: $32.00 – $45.00 per hour
