THE ROLE

n

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a flagship boutique in Paddington. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a strong in‐store culture.

You will be given the autonomy to run the store as your own, supported by a passionate leadership team and a brand with exciting growth plans.

Day-to-Day

n

- Lead, coach and motivate a boutique retail team to achieve sales and service goals
n
- Create an engaging customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business
n
- Drive store performance through KPI management, sales analysis and team development
n




- Maintain exceptional visual presentation standards throughout the store
n
- Manage rostering, recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training initiatives
n
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement and operational processes
n
- Monitor daily reporting, administration and store compliance requirements
n
- Work closely with senior leadership on campaigns, launches and store initiatives
n

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

n

n
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager within fashion, lifestyle or premium retail
n
- Strong people leadership skills with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams
n
- Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
n
- Passion for customer experience and relationship building
n
- Strong visual merchandising capability and attention to detail
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
- Genuine interest in fashion, design, culture and premium retail experiences

SALARY

n

$75,000 $78,000 + Superannuation

n

Salary package will be negotiated based on experience and capability.
