This is where products come to life.

As a Product Development Technologist, you'll take ideas from concept to commercial product — helping create real food for real people, and bringing products to life that become part of everyday lives.

n

From the first brief to launch, you'll be part of a team translating marketing briefs into finished products — adding your own creativity and technical abilities to shape formulations, lead trials and work closely with operations, quality and suppliers to bring each product to life. It's a role for someone who cares about the details, with a focus on quality, consistency and creating products that deliver an exceptional consumer experience.

This is a hands‐on role where you will:

n

- Develop and commercialise new and existing products across Chobani and Gippsland Dairy
n
- Work end‐to‐end across the NPD lifecycle — from concept through to supermarket shelf,



delivering exceptional food to our consumers.
n
- Lead and support trials to bring products into manufacturing
n
- Partner with suppliers to source ingredients and build formulations
n
- Ensure technical aspects of products align to Chobani quality, shelf life and sensory requirements
n
- Work closely with operations, quality and marketing to deliver products at pace
n
- Support product performance, quality and consistency throughout launch & shelf life
n

This role suits someone who has already spent time in a product development environment and is ready to take on more ownership — someone who enjoys being close to the product and wants to build depth in a fast‐paced FMCG setting.

You're someone who:

n

n
- Takes ownership and looks for ways to contribute beyond your remit
n
- Has 2+ years' experience in product development within FMCG
n
- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology or similar; dairy experience will be highly regarded
n
- Experience taking products from concept through to commercialisation
n
- Exposure to factory trials, processing or manufacturing environments
n
- Robust understanding of ingredients, formulation and product performance
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
