We are seeking a Casual Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team at our Doncaster store. This is a casual role, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and other commitments. As a Jewellery Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting our customers in finding the perfect piece of jewellery.

What you'll be doing

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
n
- Demonstrate and explain product features to customers
n
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
n
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
n
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their needs
n
- Restock and replenish product displays as required
n
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting
n




- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the jewellery industry
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customer
n
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation
n
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
