Job Description

Morse Micro is pioneering next-generation Wi‐Fi HaLow chip technology for IoT, seeking a seasoned DFT Engineer to own end-to-end DFT for wireless SoCs. You will define architectures, implement scan chains, MBIST, and JTAG flows, and drive test methodologies across quick-paced tapeouts.

We expect 5+ years of DFT experience, strong RTL understanding, and a hands-on approach. Relocation and visa support available for the right candidate in a global fabless setting.
