About the Role

n

As the face of our store, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and helping create a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

n

We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Providing outstanding customer service with every interaction
n
- Making great coffee (Barista experience preferred but not essential)
n
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
n
- Preparing and presenting food and beveragesMaintaining a clean, organised and welcoming store
n
- Assisting with opening, closing and daily store operations
n
- Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude
n

Experience

n

n
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is highly regarded
n
- Coffee/barista experience is preferred, however full training can be provided for the right person
n
- Food handling experience is an advantage but not essential
n

n

Availability

n

This position requires availability Monday to Friday during daytime trading hours, with flexibility to work additional shifts and weekends if required.
