Help build the digital workplace powering the future of insurance.
At Kaibridge, we're redesigning and redefining how the insurance industry operates.
That means building technology differently. It also means building a workplace where our own team can do their best work every day.
We're looking for an End User Workspace Specialist who cares as much about people's experience with technology as they do about the technology itself.
This isn't a traditional IT support role. It's about creating a secure, reliable and seamless digital workplace where people can collaborate, solve problems and focus on the work that matters.
If you enjoy helping people, love technology and take pride in making things simply work, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll be doing
You'll become the person our team trusts when they need technology to work.
You'll support and continually improve our Microsoft 365 workplace, manage devices, help onboard new team members, support AI-enabled workplace tools and make sure people have the right access at the right time.
Some days you'll be solving problems.
Some days you'll be preventing them before they happen.
As we grow, you'll also help shape how our digital workplace evolves.
You'll enjoy this role if you...
- genuinely enjoy helping people
- like solving practical problems
- notice the small details others miss
- naturally take ownership rather than waiting to be asked
- are curious about emerging technology and AI
- enjoy improving processes instead of repeatedly fixing the same issue
- believe good technology should feel almost invisible to the people using it.
You'll be working with
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Outlook
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- Copilot Chat
- Windows 11 Enterprise
You don't need to know everything on day one.
If you've built solid foundations, are naturally curious and genuinely enjoy learning, we'll support your development.
What we're looking for
You'll probably bring experience in areas like:
- Microsoft 365 administration
- end user support
- device provisioning and lifecycle management
- identity and access management
More importantly, you'll bring sound judgement, patience, ownership and a genuine desire to make life easier for the people around you.
Why Kaibridge?
We're still small enough that every person genuinely shapes the business.
You'll work closely with experienced founders and technology leaders, have the opportunity to influence how we build our internal technology environment, and be part of a team that is creating something new rather than maintaining the status quo.
There is plenty of opportunity.
A few things that matter to us
We work collaboratively.
We communicate openly.
We back each other.
We believe technology should remove friction, not create it.
We use AI to improve how we work, while applying sound judgement, governance and common sense.
We're looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable and eager to build a long-term career. Someone who rolls up their sleeves, embraces feedback, enjoys solving problems and sees challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.
