The Role

As a Rental Minimum Standards Inspector , you will:

Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with Victoria's rental minimum standards, including:

- Functioning doors, windows, and locks.
- Adequate heating and ventilation.
- Compliance of bathroom and kitchen facilities.
- Proper lighting and window coverings.
- Identification of damp and mould.





Prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting compliance status and required rectifications.

Communicate findings and provide expert guidance to property owners and managers.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Regulations and updates to minimum standards.

What We’re Looking For
