About the role
Are you working in customer service, reception or administration and looking for a role with more variety and responsibility?
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Member Service & Administration Officer to join our team.
Member service is a key part of the role. You'll be one of the first points of contact for our Members, responding to enquiries and helping them access the information and support they need. You'll also maintain Member information in Salesforce, support events and meetings, and help with the day-to-day running of the office.
This role would suit someone with a background in customer service, reception, administration or Member services who is ready to take on a broader and more varied role.
What you'll be doing
- Be a key point of contact for Members, responding to enquires and providing friendly and professional support.
- Maintain and proactively update Member and stakeholder information in Salesforce, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
- Support the Membership team with renewals, Member communications and incoming enquiries.
- Support the Events team with registrations, attendee enquiries, event administration, setup and on-the-day activities.
- Help keep the day-to-day office running smoothly and provide administration support across the organisation.
About you
You'll be approachable, organised and comfortable managing different priorities.
You'll enjoy helping people, take pride in the detail and be someone others can rely on to follow things through.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service, reception, administration, Member services or a similar role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and reliable approach to your work.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM or database systems.
- Experience with Salesforce, or a membership organisation would be an advantage, but is not essential.
