Bailey Nelson in Joondalup is seeking a hands-on, full time store leader to elevate the customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense. You’ll support the Store Manager and Optometrist and take ownership of the store two days a week, driving performance and team engagement.
This role offers hands-on training in optical dispensing and leadership, ongoing coaching from experienced leaders, and real opportunities for internal progression as the brand grows across ANZ.
