About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Civil Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of civil maintenance and construction activities, helping to maintain and improve critical infrastructure.

The successful applicant will be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality work while maintaining the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out civil maintenance and construction works.
- Perform excavation, concreting, pipe laying, reinstatement, and drainage works.
- Operate and maintain civil plant and equipment safely.
- Read and interpret work plans and follow work instructions.
- Complete daily pre-starts, safety documentation, and site risk assessments.
- Work effectively within a team to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles.
- Participate in emergency response and after-hours call-outs when required.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in civil construction or maintenance.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Construction White Card.




- Current driver’s licence.
- Experience operating civil plant and machinery (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Desirable Qualifications

- Traffic Management tickets.
- Confined Space Entry.
- Working at Heights.
- First Aid Certificate.
