mecwacare is looking for experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who are fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese to join the dedicated team at mecwacare Simon Price Centre in Mont Albert North location.

About the role:

- Requires fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
- Located close to public transport
- Part-time / Casual opportunities available
- Work from our Mont Albert north location and support a valued local community
- Monday to Sunday across AM, PM and Night shifts with minimum 24-36 hours per week

What you bring:

- A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a relevant Certificate III/IV qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an aged care home, ideally with proven skills in mentoring and supporting other carers.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build positive relationships with older people and their families.
- The ability to understand and follow individual client care plans.

- A proactive, dedicated approach to delivering best-practice care.
