Andrews is a privately owned developer-builder delivering residential, retail and commercial projects across the Gold Coast. Through our in‐house construction arm, A Construct, we control the entire delivery process from concept through to construction. With multiple projects underway and a strong pipeline ahead, we are looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our growing site team.

The Role

n

Working closely with the Site Manager and Structural Foreman, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our projects. This is a hands‐on position responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards and helping deliver projects safely, efficiently and on programme.

What You Will Be Doing

n

n
- Assisting the Site Manager and Structural Foreman with daily site operations
n
- Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
n




- Monitoring quality and workmanship
n
- Assisting with site set‐out and construction sequencing
n
- Maintaining a protected, clean and organised work workplace
n
- Identifying and resolving day‐to‐day site issues
n
- Working closely with the project team to deliver high-quality multi‐residential projects
n

About You

n

n
- Carpentry trade background
n
- Commercial or multi-residential construction experience
n
- Good understanding of structural works
n
- Reliable with a stable employment history
n
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
n
- Team player who is self‐motivated and takes pride in delivering quality work
n
