Talent Corp is seeking an experienced hands-on Technical Lead to steer two strategic data initiatives, transforming how the organisation designs, manages, and consumes its enterprise data platforms.

In a data team, you will translate business requirements into scalable designs, produce LLDS and architecture documents, and contribute directly to development where needed, while mentoring engineers and aligning with governance standards.
