The Opportunity

n

This is a full-time office-based position located in Prestons, NSW.

n

Forget spending your day prospecting or knocking on doors.

n

We provide warm leads every single day through our internal marketing team, allowing you to focus on what you do best selling.

n

You'll contact qualified homeowners, educate them on the available government incentives, recommend the best solution for their property and close the sale.

n

Occasionally you'll attend customer appointments on-site when required to complete consultations or inspections.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Calling warm inbound and marketing-generated leads daily
n
- Consulting homeowners on the best energy solution for their needs
n
- Selling Air Conditioning, Solar, Battery, Heat Pump and EV Charger solutions
n
- Explaining NSW Government rebates including:
n n
- BESS Battery Rebates
n
- $15,000 NSW Government Interest-Free Loan
n
- Air Conditioning & Heat Pump rebate programs
n
n
- Managing your sales pipeline from enquiry through to installation
n
- Following up customers and maximising every prospect
n
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
n
- Travelling to customer sites when required
n

Who We're Looking For

n

People who are hungry, competitive and genuinely love winning.

To be successful you'll have:

n

n
- Proven success selling Air Conditioning, Solar, Battery systems or Heat Pumps
n
- Minimum 2 years sales experience within at least one of these industries
n
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets
n
- Strong closing ability with confidence handling objections
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- High level of self-motivation and accountability
n
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career and earn a significant income
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
