n
Our asbestos division delivers projects for Queensland Government departments, schools, commercial facilities, industrial sites, insurers and residential clients throughout South East Queensland and the Wide Bay region.
n
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Asbestos Supervisor / Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of our asbestos division.
n
This is a senior leadership position requiring someone who can confidently manage projects, lead crews, maintain compliance and help grow the division.
n
The Kind of Leader We're Looking For

- Plan work efficiently and solve problems proactively.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, hygienists and regulators.
n
- Maintain exceptionally high safety and compliance standards.
n
- Be organised, reliable and commercially minded.
n
n
Most importantly, this is a hands-on operational role.
n
While you will coordinate multiple projects and crews, you must also be willing to undertake asbestos removal work whenever operational requirements demand it.
n
We believe the best leaders are those who are prepared to get on the tools when needed and support their team.
