This role is ideally suited to a confident conveyancer who enjoys autonomy, values efficiency, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client outcomes, while being supported by a capable administrative and legal team.

The Role

n

You will manage a varied and interesting conveyancing practice, including residential, commercial, and off-the-plan transactions across purchases and sales. From detailed contract review through to smooth PEXA settlements, you will have end-to-end carriage of files and the opportunity to build strong client and referrer relationships.

About You

n

You are an experienced conveyancer who can confidently manage files with minimal supervision and take ownership of your workload.

n

Essential experience and skills:

n

n
- Minimum3 years of conveyancing experience
n
- Proven ability to manage20-30 conveyancing matters per monthefficiently
n
- Strong experience inQueensland conveyancing(Victorian experience highly regarded)
n
- Ability to independently manage matters from start to finish
n
- Experience balancing workspaces, preparing settlement statements, and drafting cheque directions
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Aclient-focused approachand commitment to high service standards
n
- Commercial leasing experience
n
- Land title lodgements beyond standard conveyancing (including mortgages, second mortgages, caveats)
n
- Exposure to conveyancing processes in other Australian jurisdictions
