The Role

n

As a Leading Hand,



you'll take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading crews on site and mentoring apprentices
n
- Coordinating day-to-day site activities
n
- Reading and interpreting landscape plans
n
- Managing project timelines and maintaining quality standards
n
- Liaising with supervisors, suppliers and subcontractors
n
- Ensuring projects remain organised, productive and on schedule
n

n

Projects include:

n

n
- Retaining walls
n
- Paving and concreting
n
- Decking and timber structures
n
- Turf installation and planting
n
- Irrigation systems
n
- Playground construction
n
- Commercial landscape developments
n

n

About You

n

We're interested in speaking with experienced landscapers who have demonstrated stability in previous roles and enjoy building long-term relationships within a team setting.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- 4+ years' experience as a Leading Hand within landscape construction
n
- Proven experience supervising crews and delivering projects successfully
n
- Strong knowledge across hard and soft landscaping
n
- White Card and current driver's licence
n
- Excavator and Bobcat tickets (advantageous)
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to quality
n
