Job Description

AANDI Lawyers' are seeking a full-time career Paralegal/Office support to join our agile legal team based in Hawthorn, Victoria.

As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers by being our client's first contact with our firm, fact gathering and participating in pre-litigation negotiations.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their legal skills and knowledge in a collaborative and supportive environment.

n

Applicants with admin support or customer service experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to the suitable candidate.

n

Please note this role is not suitable for law students or recent graduate. Applications from students will not be be considered.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Conducting legal research and legal analysis of facts
n
- Fact gathering and investigations
n
- Organising and maintaining client files and legal records
n
- Client management
n
- Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 1-2 years of office/Admin/Customer service experience is required
n
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
n




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
n
- Proficient in using legal research tools and LEAP (desired)
n
- LEAP training will be provided for successful candidates
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
n
- Enthusiasm for the legal profession and a desire to learn and grow
n
