We are looking for experienced and reliable Plant Operators to join our team for ongoing project/long-term contract work starting immediately. If you take pride in your machine operation, value site safety, and want consistent hours with a excellent crew, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Safe and efficient operation of Excavators (Up to 20T), Skid Steer, Front End Loader, Dozer, Moxy, Roller and Watercart Operators - Proven previous experience in plant operation is a must.
n




- Bulk earthworks, detailed civil works, and site preparation.
n
- Conducting daily pre‐start checks.
n
- Adhering strictly to on‐site health and safety guidelines.
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Plant Operator (Civil or Mining background preferred).
n
- GPS Experience - Highly regarded.
n
- Final trim and deep trenching experience - Highly regarded
n
- Valid competency tickets.
n
- White Card and a current Australian Driver's License.
n
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on safety.
n
