Ezylime is seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our team in Parkes, NSW. This is a full time position that will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our quarrying and mining facility.

What you'll be doing
n
Safely and efficiently operating a range of heavy machinery and equipment used in the quarrying process, including crushers, screens, loaders and haul trucks
n
Undertaking pre-start checks and routine maintenance on plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
n
Monitoring and adjusting equipment settings to maintain production targets and product quality
n
Working collaboratively with the wider quarrying team to support efficient and streamlined operations
n
Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
n
What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience as a Plant Operator in the construction or mining industry,
with a strong understanding of quarrying processes and equipment
n
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues
n
A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with others
n
Someone who can show initiative and work collaboratively as part of a strong quarry team
