What you'll be trusted to do

n

As Centre Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the service,



creating a positive culture where educators feel supported, families feel connected and children receive exceptional early learning experiences.

n

You'll:

- Lead, coach and inspire a team of educators.
n
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
n
- Drive quality practice aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
n
- Build solid relationships with families and your local community.
n
- Oversee compliance, staffing, rosters, budgets and daily operations.
n
- Champion continuous improvement across the service.
n

About you

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
n
- 2-3 years' experience leading an early learning service.
n
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
n
- A collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in people.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for children, families and educators.
