As the Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our gym - creating a welcoming environment and driving the success of the business. You will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about changing people's lives!

We are looking for:
n
n
- A dynamic, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and motivate a team
n
- Previous Management, Supervisory or Team Lead experience - ideally in hospitality, retail or the fitness industry
n
- Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety - you do not need to be an athlete!
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- While sales experience is a plus, it's not essential - we hire for great attitude, and we are so happy to provide extensive training to those who have it!
n
- Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR Certificate, Blue Card
n

- Develop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member service

- Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand

- Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency

- Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members
