What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming residents and ensuring every interaction is a positive one

- Keeping the building lobby and shared spaces pristine

- Coordinating and reporting maintenance issues

- Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures

- Maintaining top-tier security standards

- Organising and overseeing resident move-ins and move-outs
