We're looking for a highly organised and proactive junior project Assistant to join our team on a full time basis. This is an excellent chance to become part of a growing business.

Working closely with our Operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently by providing administrative and operational support across multiple areas of the business.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Allocate and maintain project program boards
n
- Order project materials and coordinate resource requirements
n
- Prepare and collate project conformance and compliance documentation
n
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of project records
n
- Track project costs and assist with reporting
n
- Coordinate employee, plant and equipment onboarding
n
- Liaise daily with Project Managers, Supervisors and the Operations team
n
- General project administration and office support
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
n
- Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel experience desirable)
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team
n
- Experience in construction, civil, infrastructure or a similar industry is highly regarded but not essential.
n
