TradieWives is growing and we're on the hunt for an Online Community & Membership Growth Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, based in beautiful Mona Vale.

This isn't your typical community management role.

You’ll own the community journey and member experience - from helping people discover our free online community and welcoming them in, to creating an experience that keeps them engaged, connected and excited to become part of our paid membership. Every conversation, connection and interaction you create will help shape the experience of thousands of women behind trade businesses across Australia.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves building relationships and creating communities people want to be part of. Someone who's excited to become a familiar face within the TradieWives community, building genuine connections and creating an experience people want to keep coming back to.

Competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 plus Super

Hybrid working arrangements, with Wednesdays and Fridays working from home

About the Role

This role is all about creating an exceptional community experience.

You'll own the community journey - from helping women discover TradieWives through our public platforms, to welcoming them into our free Facebook community, nurturing genuine engagement, while continually looking for ways to strengthen that experience and encourage people into our paid membership.

Working closely with our Founder and wider team, you'll be the face of the community, and be the person who knows what's happening inside our community. You'll notice common questions,



connect members with the right people, identify opportunities to create more value and continually look for new ways to grow and strengthen our community. While our marketing team looks after the broader marketing strategy and social media, you'll bring the community to life through genuine conversations, engaging content and meaningful relationships.

A typical day may include:

Sharing what's happening inside the TradieWives community through authentic Stories and behind-the-scenes content that encourages more women to join and engage with our community.

Welcoming new members into the free Facebook group and helping them feel right at home.

Starting conversations, celebrating member wins and creating opportunities for members to connect with each other in a community people genuinely want to be part of.

Having genuine conversations with women who are curious about the membership and helping them understand whether it's the right fit.

Hosting a virtual coffee catch up and facilitating masterclasses and member sessions in our paid membership, while sharing key moments with our wider community to encourage connection and engagement.

Building relationships with partners and contributors to create valuable connections and opportunities for our members.

Identifying and brainstorming fresh ideas with the team to increase engagement, strengthen the member experience and grow our free and paid communities.

About You

You're someone who genuinely enjoys bringing people together and creating communities where people feel welcomed, connected and supported.

You love building relationships, remembering names, celebrating other people's wins and making others feel welcome. You naturally make people feel comfortable, whether you're welcoming someone new into the community, celebrating a member's win, sharing BTS on stories, or chatting to a room full of people - virtually or in person.

You're not someone who waits to be told what to do. If you see an opportunity to improve something, you'll probably already have an idea for how to make it happen. You enjoy trying new things,



you're happy to step outside your comfort zone and you understand that building a thriving community comes from showing up consistently.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

Previous experience in online community management, membership management, customer engagement or a similar relationship-focused role.

Experience building and engaging online communities.

A background in marketing, sales or customer engagement.

Confidence creating authentic social media content, including talking-to-camera videos, Stories and behind-the-scenes content.

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership and bring new ideas to life.

Curiosity about people, always asking "I wonder..." - I wonder who they should meet, I wonder if others are experiencing this too, I wonder how we could make this even better.

Robust organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Confidence using technology and AI to work smarter, while relying on your own judgement and initiative.

Lived experience or an understanding of the trades industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
