Undercover Landscapes delivers landscaping, civil and maintenance works across residential, commercial and government projects throughout NSW. We’re part of the Undercover Group, and we back our people to raise issues early, improve how we work, and take ownership of outcomes.

The role

You’ll oversee multiple projects and maintenance programs from award to close‑out, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, on budget and to required quality standards. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll lead Project Managers, manage client relationships, and drive operational performance across all sites. You’ll also manage yard operations, vehicles, plant and equipment to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Project Delivery team
- Oversee planning, resourcing, construction and maintenance delivery
- Drive WHS, environmental and quality compliance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, procurement and supplier negotiations
- Coordinate personnel, subcontractors, materials, plant and logistics
- Build strong client relationships and support repeat business




- Identify risks early and implement practical solutions
- Improve systems, workflows and operational practices

What you bring

- Leadership experience in landscaping, civil or construction delivery
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong WHS, environmental and quality compliance knowledge
- Financial and commercial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, procurement)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications, experience & licences required

- Tertiary qualification in landscape construction, civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
- At least eight years’ experience in landscape construction, or a combination of landscape and civil construction, including at least 3 years managing multiple concurrent projects or teams
- Demonstrated financial management experience (budgets, forecasting, procurement)
- Robust working knowledge of NSW WHS Act & Regulation and environmental obligations
- General Construction Induction (White Card)
