As a Community Support Worker with YNA, you'll provide personalised support to clients in their homes and the community, helping them maintain their choice, independence and quality of life.

We'll take the time to understand your experience, skills and preferences so we can match you with opportunities that are right for you.

Duties may include:

- Assistance with personal care
- Household support, including meal preparation
- Social support, including interaction and transporting.

About you

We are seeking team members with the right attitude, who are dependable and reliable. You will need to have strong work ethic, good communication skills and a willingness to learn and help people, along with:

- Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or a relevant qualification
- Minimum 6 months’ paid experience in a support worker, PCW, DSW or similar role
- NDIS and QLD Working with Children clearances (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's Licence and vehicle for work use.
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
