Brisbane Gastro is seeking a skilled Administration Officer/Receptionist to join our friendly team in Brisbane. As a full-time role, (part time role, may also be considered) you will play a pivotal part in supporting the smooth running of our well established and respected clinic. Leveraging your expertise in healthcare administration, you will contribute to the overall success of our operations while fostering a positive patient experience.

What you'll be doing

Managing patient records and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

Scheduling and coordinating appointments and procedures.

Handling patient inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

Assisting with the processing of medical billing and insurance claims

Providing general administrative support to the practice as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical administration or healthcare setting





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care

Proficient in using medical practice management software and electronic health records

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Relevant qualifications in healthcare administration, medical office assistant or a related field
