Structures Foreman - $100m+ Apartment Developments

Our client is a powerhouse Tier 2 developer-builder with nearly 60 years of proven excellence in the Australian property landscape. From humble beginnings to delivering billions of dollars in multi-sector developments, they have built an unassailable reputation for quality, financial strength, and seamless project execution. Operating with an end-to-end, multidisciplinary model, spanning initial design through to final construction, they control every phase of the project life cycle to consistently deliver landmark commercial, residential, and mixed-use precincts.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly experienced Structures Foreman to join their expanding team and contribute to their ongoing success.

The Role

- Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
- Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
- Excellent build knowledge and people management




- We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required

Experience/Qualifications Required

- Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
- A track record in delivering large scale projects within Australia with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor in a supervisor role
- Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike
