Compass-Education is seeking a Head of Compliance to own and scale our compliance program across Australia, the UK and Ireland while partnering with product, engineering and legal teams.

Reporting to the CFO in a hands-on, standalone role, you’ll build a structured framework from the ground up, lead ISO 27001 certification, manage risk, and ensure regulatory alignment for privacy, data security and payments in a rapid-growing SaaS environment.
