Head of Digital and Technology - Architecture

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a pragmatic, impactful technology strategy aligned with the studio’s growth ambitions and design excellence
- Drive the integration of core business systems across design, operations, finance, and HR, enhancing workflows and data efficiency
- Lead the adoption and optimisation of design technology tools across multiple studios to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality
- Identify and embed AI and automation solutions into daily workflows to unlock new capabilities and operational efficiencies
- Oversee IT infrastructure, managing external vendors and MSPs to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing systems that support dynamic project delivery
- Enhance data access, reporting, and real-time insights to inform strategic decision-making at all levels




- Build internal capability through training and change management initiatives, ensuring the adoption of new tools and workflows

Skills & Experience

- Extensive senior leadership experience in IT, technology strategy, digital transformation, or systems integration within professional or creative industries, ideally architecture and design
- Experience managing external vendors and MSPs, ensuring value-driven performance and strategic alignment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform)
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions, security fundamentals, and modern workplace technologies
- Experience successfully embedding AI and automation into business processes with measurable impact
- Background within architecture, design, or skilled services environments is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, actionable language for diverse audiences
