We’re seeking an experienced and values-drivenCentre Manager to lead a high-quality early learning service. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about building strong teams, fostering positive family relationships, and delivering exceptional outcomes for children. As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the service, ensuring compliance, driving occupancy, mentoring educators, and creating a positive and collaborative team culture. You will be supported by a structured onboarding program and an experienced leadership team, giving you the tools and guidance needed to thrive in the role. About the Role

- Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
- Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Drive occupancy and ensure the financial sustainability of the service
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

So who are you?

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Previous experience in a Centre Manager or leadership role
- Robust understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
- Confident in managing budgets, occupancy, and team performance
- Passionate about mentoring and developing educators
