Job Description

Opal HealthCare's Templestowe Grove Care Community in Victoria seeks a Care Manager to lead the clinical and care workforce, delivering secure, high-quality, person-centred care under the Aged Care Act 2024 and AN-ACC requirements. Reporting to the General Manager, you will balance governance, workforce capability and operational performance at a 83-resident facility.
