Senior Advisor, Health & Safety | 3-Month Contract | Hybrid Flexibility

We're seeking an experienced Senior Advisor, Health & Safety to join a collaborative People & Culture team on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent chance for a proactive HSE professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving complex challenges, and delivering practical safety outcomes in a dynamic operational environment

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Lead the continuous improvement of an established Health & Safety Management System aligned with best-practice standards and regulatory requirements.

- Provide expert advice on both physical and psychosocial health and safety risks across the organisation
n
- Partner closely with leaders to strengthen safety capability, improve risk management practices, and foster a positive safety culture.
n
- Conduct and support complex incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action programs.
n
- Develop and enhance policies, procedures, training materials, and practical tools that support operational excellence.
n
- Analyse safety performance data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
n




- Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple sites to deliver critical health, safety, andwellbeing initiatives

What We're Looking For

n
- Demonstrated experience in a senior Health & Safety advisory role.
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and risk management frameworks.
n
- Proven experience managing safety systems, investigations, audits, and improvement projects.
n
- Ability to influence, coach, and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
n
- Experience managing psychosocial and physical safety risks within a complex environment.
n
- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
