We're seeking a confident, switched-on Permanent Part Timer to lead our Sydney showroom in a role with genuine growth potential. You'll work closely with our Area Manager to monitor casuals and set the standard for everything that happens on the floor.

n

About the Role

n

This is a Permanent Part Time position - part stylist, part showroom guardian. You'll be serving formal and bridal appointments while taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the showroom.

n

You'll often work independently and know how to hold the standard without being told twice.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

- Serving formal and bridal appointments with warmth, confidence, and expertise
n
- Leading and supervising junior staff during shifts
n
- Maintaining a pristine, organised,



and beautifully presented showroom
n
- Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
n
- Taking initiative to operate the showroom at the highest standard
n
- Upholding the Studio Minc brand in everything you do
n

Your Availability (30 hours)

n

Tuesday 8:45am - 4:45pm

n

Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm

n

Alternate Sat 8:30am - 5:45pm / Sunday 10am - 4pm

n
