The Chance

Reporting to the Group Investment Manager, this role offers broad exposure across asset management, investment analysis,



valuations and development feasibility work within a nationally significant property portfolio.

n

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining detailed financial and cashflow models
n
- Supporting investment analysis and strategic decision making
n
- Undertaking leasing and scenario analysis across assets
n
- Assisting with valuation processes and internal valuation modelling
n
- Conducting market research, rental benchmarking and competitor analysis
n
- Preparing commercial insights and portfolio performance reporting
n
- Supporting asset optimisation initiatives across the portfolio
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

n

n
- 2–5 years' experience within property, investment, valuations, advisory or funds management
n
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
n
- Exposure to property valuation methodologies and investment analysis
n
- High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen
n
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
n
- The ability to operate effectively within a quick-paced, high-performance environment
n

Candidates from Big 4 Transaction Services/Advisory, valuations, real estate investment, property analytics or funds management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
