Job Description

Liberty Community Connect in Nerang, Gold Coast, seeks a motivated Client Services Officer – Scheduler to coordinate daily rosters for Community Support Workers and respond to client enquiries. This hybrid, Monday-to-Friday role offers flexible work from home one day per week after probation and salary packaging advantages.

You will maintain client records in AlayaCare, match clients with suitable workers, and support the Operations Team with excellent customer service and teamwork.
