A new opportunity is available for a reliable and adaptable individuals to join our day shift team in Hoppers Crossing. The role will be responsible for cooking with a deep fryer, ensuring the accurate and timely handling of food products in accordance with company HACCP and OHS quality procedures. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our kitchen, contributing to the creation of our delicious products.

Our ideal applicant must have a current Food Handlers with previous experience working in a Food or Beverage warehouse environment.

Qualifications & experience

n

n
- At least 6+ months work experience within the food manufacturing industry
n
- HACCP Quality assurance knowledge
n
- A strong understanding of food safety systems
n
- Attention to detail and outstanding time management
n
- Experience with food is desirable
n
- Team player attitude with the ability to be proactive and work autonomously.
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Move and handle dough buckets, lifting to 10kg
n
- Pack finished products ready for dispatch
n
- Perform quality assurance checks
n
- General warehouse duties as required
n
- Ability to work in a quick-paced food production environment.
n
- Contribute to our hygiene safe workplace standards
n
- Ensure adequate supplies of packing consumables are always on hand to meet production requirements.
