Executive Assistant - NSW Government

n Pay Rate: $52-$62/hr + Super
n Location: Port Macquarie
n Duration: Initial 8 Weeks (possible extension)

PRIMARY PURPOSE

n

The Executive Assistant provides a range of high-level executive support services to the Office of the Chief Executive. The focus of the role is the provision of effective executive assistance and high-level organisation and administration support.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide high-level executive support, including complex diary, email and correspondence management.
n
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
n
- Arrange travel, conferences and other organisational requirements.
n
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing papers and executive correspondence.
n
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
n
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across the organisation to coordinate priorities and resolve enquiries.
n
- Monitor deadlines,



track actions and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
n
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of executive administration processes.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and organised executive office.
n

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a large or complex organisation.
n
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
n
- High levels of discretion and experience handling confidential information.
n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
n
- The ability to build solid working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
