Klaviyos in APAC is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to be our first APAC Deal Desk hire, supporting Sales, CS, and revenue operations across Australia, Singapore, and the broader APAC region. You will own end-to-end deal support, pricing exceptions, and contract terms while protecting the company from risk and ensuring customer success.
This high-visibility role requires autonomy, robust commercial judgment, collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Operations, and experience with CRM/CPQ/CLM tools.
